San Angelo is finally receiving rain! The creeks and rivers continue to bring water to the lakes and it looks to be better than expected! I recently found a new USGS interactive map to see what cubic feet per second the rivers are running. The Paint Rock station showed over 19,000 cfs Tuesday afternoon. Water is still making its way down to the area lakes. For more data on their levels, check out this site.

Speaking of lakes, The Old Central Firehouse Pizzeria and Taproom will be opening a second location out at Lake Nasworthy. This is exactly what San Angelo needs! The view from the patio will be one of the best in San Angelo
INTEREST RATES
Mortgage interest rates are still hovering at year lows. Many homeowners who have purchased over the past two years are refinancing to save hundreds on their monthly payment. The Fed meeting is scheduled for September 18th and it is expected that the Fed lowers their rate they charge banks. As we get closer predictions will be made as to whether we are going to get a quarter point or a half point.

Now that we are through the Summer I decided to pull stats from all the price ranges. I have gathered the amount of homes for sale, currently under contract and recently sold for the San Angelo residential market.
There are 507 homes for sale plus another 173 under contract in San Angelo. Here is a breakdown of price ranges as well as a link to check them out.
